Who We Are

Faith Lutheran Brethren Church was founded in 1971 right here in Cranston, Rhode Island.  Before moving to our new location (43 Scituate Ave) we worshipped at a church on Cranston Street for the good part of 3 decades.

About Faith Chapel

What We Believe

Here at Faith Chapel, we believe that the Bible (both Old and New Testament) is the inspired Word of God without error and is the final authoritative guide for faith and conduct.

A Note From The Pastor
Dear Friend,
The Apostle Paul wrote, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works.” (Ephesians 2: 8-9)
We at Faith Chapel, a Church of the Lutheran Brethren, believe these words to be true.  We believe that God initiated our faith by showing us his love, that while we were still sinners Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). We believe that Jesus Christ accomplished our Salvation when he was crucified on a cross, by sacrificing Himself for the forgiveness of our sins.  For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him (John 3:16-17).  And we believe that the Holy Spirit empowers us to love our neighbors and share the great news of Jesus Christ with all the earth (Acts 1:8).
This is our mission at Faith Chapel, to spread the love of Jesus Christ with all those around us.  That is why, we as a church body would love to invite you to come and be a part of our family and feel the love, forgiveness, and assurance of eternal life that God has already made available to you through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Sincerely,  Reverend Michael Natale
